Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear will render the return invalid.


Refund Type: We offer store credit only for returned items.


Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

Final Sale Items:

-Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

-Intimate items such as bodysuits, undergarments, and swimwear are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
